If you refused to take a BAC test, your license will be suspended for one year even if you are not convicted of DUI.

 

Will I have to get the ignition locking device?

If convicted, the ignition interlocking device is mandatory for a period of at least one year. This period may not begin until driving privileges have been restored, depending upon the charge filed and whether or not this is a first violation.
